We had a bit of an issue with our booking, which was annoying at the time because I’d already planned everything around it and didn’t really have time to be chasing things up. I emailed first, then ended up calling later on after making a cup of tea and sitting down with all the details in front of me. The lady I spoke to was really polite and seemed to actually want to help, which made a difference. It took a bit longer than I would’ve liked, but they did get back to me and sorted it out in the end. I’d use them again.

We paid less than I thought we would, so I wasn’t expecting anything fancy, but the caravan was actually clean and perfectly fine for a weekend away. The kids had loads to keep them busy, which made things much easier for us. I did message support with a quick question before we arrived and they basically said, “Don’t worry, everything’s sorted for check-in,” which was reassuring. Overall, yeah, definitely felt worth the money.

We ended up eating here a few times during the week because it was just really easy and everything we had was proper nice. The burgers came out hot every time, which I always notice because there’s nothing worse than food arriving warm like it’s been sitting around. The kids were especially happy with the milkshakes and kept asking for them again, so that pretty much says it all. The bar drinks were decent too, nothing fancy or over the top, just made well and tasted good. no real complaints from us at all.

After being on the road for so long, I was just hoping check-in wouldn’t be a hassle, and thankfully it was quick and easy. I was like, yep, perfect, exactly what I needed

The staff were so friendly and did their best to make our stay nicer, but I’m still annoyed because it felt like they were having to make up for things that shouldn’t have been an issue in the first place. Whoever’s in charge needs to take responsibility instead of leaving the staff to smooth everything over.

The kids were never really bored here, between the swimming, games, and fun stuff going on in the evenings, there was always something to keep everyone busy.

We stayed for a long weekend and, overall, the onsite facilities were good. The pool was clean, and the kids really enjoyed the arcade and play area, which made the trip a lot easier for us.
The shop had the basics covered, and the bar/restaurant was decent enough after a long day. Nothing amazing, but it did the job, and the staff we spoke to around the park were friendly and helpful.

My only regret is that we didn’t time things a bit better, because some of the facilities got really busy, and a couple of the arcade machines weren’t working, which was a shame for the kids. Still, we had a nice time overall and would probably go back.

I really enjoyed staying here. The surroundings were lovely, and being so close to the beach made it feel easy to slow down and actually enjoy the area. It was also really handy for getting around, which made the whole trip feel simple and relaxed

I ended up cancelling, and the refund came through without any issues. Really, I got my money back just fine

I was not expecting to be this impressed, but the entertainment every night was actually brilliant. The kids were completely obsessed with the shows, and even bingo had us laughing way more than it probably should have. The staff had so much energy it was almost suspicious, like how are they still going?! It made our evenings so much better than we expected

Had a little problem with the heating and a loose tap, and it was starting to stress me out a bit because you just never know how long these things will take. I mentioned it to reception and maintenance came round the same day, which was a relief. The guy was friendly, got both things fixed quickly, and didn’t make it feel like a big hassle. Left me feeling reassured and happy with how it was handled
